This Privacy Policy explains how Eli Wright (“ColdCalcs,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the ColdCalcs service.
Information we collect. Account information (email, and password managed by our authentication provider); saved calculations and their inputs, for paid accounts; payment information, which is processed by Stripe — we do not store your full card details; and basic technical/usage data needed to operate and secure the Service.
How we use it. To provide and maintain the Service, process payments, respond to support requests, and secure and improve the Service.
Service providers. We share information with providers that operate the Service on our behalf, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting, authentication, and database), and our hosting and email providers. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising purposes.
Data retention. We retain account and saved-calculation data for as long as your account is active, and as needed for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.
Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children. The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
Your rights. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at info@coldcalcs.com.
Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide notice through the Service or by email.
